Our admissions department is open to welcome you and complete your administrative procedures from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday-Thursday) and Friday from 06:00 am to 5:00 pm. On weekends and bank holidays, our receptionists are present to assist you.
Before your operation
Your doctor contacts our admissions department to schedule your operation.
Once your hospitalization is scheduled, a support confirmation request is sent to your insurers, who must confirm their agreement (no later than the day of your admission).
If you do not have complementary insurance, a deposit will be required upon arrival.
We will send you an admission confirmation detailing the date and time of entry into the clinic, as well as various administrative documents for you to return to us in order to complete your file.
We kindly ask you to bring:
- your ID
your basic insurance card
your complementary insurance policy
the admission questionnaire
The day of your operation
On the day of your operation, the main reception desk will be expecting you. You will then be accompanied to your room and looked after by our caregivers.
After your operation
- Your departure date is fixed in consultation with your doctor. Your signed exit certificate is given to you by your nurse.
- When you leave, please return to the main reception desk and hand in:
- your exit certificate
- your phone card
- the satisfaction questionnaire - your comments are valuable and allow us to improve the well-being of our patients.
Your hospital bill is sent directly to your insurance. If you purchase any extra services, the invoice is sent directly to you.
