Clinique de Genolier is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is forbidden.
- Treatment of illnesses : You must have semi-private or private insurance. If you have statutory health insurance and wish to be treated at Clinique de Genolier, our Coordination Team will be happy to explain the options available to you and to give you an estimate of the proportion of the costs that you will have to bear yourself.
- Treatment following an accident : We accept patients with statutory health insurance for in-patient treatment.
- Day cases : We accept patients with statutory health insurance as day cases (patients must arrive in the morning and leave before 9.00 p.m. the same day).
The opening hours of the restaurant are as follows:
- Breakfast: 8.00am to 10.00am
- Lunch: 12.00pm to 2.00pm
- Dinner: 6.30pm to 8.00pm
- The lounge bar is open from 8.00am to 9.00pm.

We regret that no dogs or other animals are permitted inside the Clinic. This restriction is imposed in the interests of maintaining hospital standards of hygiene.

We accept payment in euros, pounds sterling and dollars. We would, however, draw your attention to the fact that the exchange rates are slightly lower than those offered by a bank.
We do not accept cheques.
The Clinic's drivers are at your disposal should you require them, subject to availability. Please ask at the reception desk what the flat rate is for the journey you wish to make.
We will be happy to deliver your garments to the laundry. They will be returned to you within 48 hours.
In general we recommend that you do not bring jewellery or valuables with you. Clinique de Genolier shall not be held liable in the event of loss or theft. Aprivate safe is available for you in your room.
Yes, the Clinic has a WiFi network. You can access the network anywhere in the Clinic, you don't need a password, and the service is provided free of charge.
